- Lack of SLA: You will be surprised to know that the SaaS industry is lacking formal actionable Service Level Agreements.

- Data Ownership:Who owns the data, but what’s the use of data even if I own it unless there is an application that can use this data in the migrated platform.
- Private vs. Public: People are in dilemma while creating or consuming a SaaS solution for making a choice between public vs. private cloud.
- Switching Cost: People are worried about switching cost from one vendor to another or to bring back in-house.
